Muddy Waters Studio is a small community ceramics studio that was established in 2011. It has all the things you might need to create your masterpieces in a creative and friendly atmosphere. We offer kids, adult, and family classes. We also offer group private lessons, as well as a generous open studio rental program.
Kids Classes

Kid's classes are focused on fun! We introduce all the basics of clay: hand building, wheel, and slab. They are mixed ages and abilities!
Classes are ongoing and you are welcome to sign up at anytime. Classes are mixed ability and technique. We can explore the wheel, slab, hand building and extruding.
Clay is a process and we recommend taking several classes if you want to be able to complete all of the steps yourself. If you would only like to take one class, you can pick out glaze colors, and we will finish the pieces for you for a small finishing fee.

Private Parties

Have a clay party at our studio! Our teachers will tailor a party to your needs. We can do our basic wheel and hand building class or have a theme to the party. The minimum size is 3 people and the minimum age is 6 years old.
